This student series event will break down some of the barriers to macro level careers and volunteer opportunities. Restorative Justice Clinical Supervision

Description: Using a case study method, this presentation will seek to troubleshoot how clinical supervision's "teach back" methodology fails to account for the systemic concerns of our clients. Clinical supervisors often inculcate agency expectations and norms into the relationships with supervisees instead of helping them see and discover how our work can empower and change their lives.
