Description: This NASW-IL course focuses on using the DISC Family Assessment in your practice. The DISC assessment is a personality profiling tool, can be highly beneficial for couples and families. It provides insights into individual behaviors, communication styles, and interaction patterns.The course includes:
1. How to set up your online assessment portal.
2. How to assist each family member to take the DISC Family Assessment online and identify their primary and secondary traits.
3. How to share results: In your session work, learn to share and discuss the Family DISC Assessment results. You will learn to help each member understand their own profile and those of others.
4. Learn how to facilitate a discussion and reflection: Learn to discuss how each profile manifests in daily life. You will learn how to reflect on how individual traits influence interactions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
