Description: Anxiety is the most commonly diagnosed mental illness in the United States and has grown exponentially in recent years. It touches many of our clients seeking therapy. Based on years of exploring multiple approaches to treating anxiety, and years of working with clients, Anxiety Unpacked presents a model for conceptualizing the root causes of all anxiety and specific strategies for treating the source of each client’s anxiety. This model provides clients with a new way of understanding their anxiety and targeted strategies to treat the root cause, not just the symptoms of it.
