Some hang their shingle and wait for the phone to ring only to sit twiddling their thumbs, asking, “Where are the clients?” With a few expert tips, running your own private practice can be a breeze. This course will provide an overview of what you need to start and maintain a private practice. You’ll learn the business 101s including insurance, business structure, and basic financials. You’ll also have the opportunity to create your brand and begin a marketing plan. Participants will leave the course with sample forms and actionable next steps for building a thriving business.
