Description: Please join the East Central District for this cultural competency CEU event featuring a thoughtful discussion about how our faith impacts our social work practice and how our social work ethics impact our faith! Our four panelists are licensed social workers representing a variety of faith backgrounds and will engage in a reflective, respectful conversation about their experiences practicing social work while being a member of a religious group. Our panel will be moderated by Mary Garrison, LCSW, former NASW-IL Ethics Committee Chair and former East Central District Chair.
