Description: This Northeastern District event will discuss challenges clinicians face when working with folks who have experienced past trauma(s), as well as what to do when the impact(s) of trauma persists despite clinical intervention. Using a case example, a trained EMDR therapist will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how a clinician can pivot from one treatment to another and use EMDR to support client-driven goals.
